Demo Submission Terms & Conditions

The Submitting artist guarantees that the artist is the sole holder of all rights of any work and any parts of said work submitted.

The Artist will hold the website owner and operator harmless for any damages incurred from artists’ violation of any terms of this agreement.

The Submitting artist grants to the website owner and operator the non-exclusive license, privilege, and authority to copy, sell, perform, edit, and/or loop portions of, record on film or video and use the musical composition embedded in the Song in synchronization or timed relation in a Movie / TV Show / Streaming Show during the Term throughout the world in any medium or form, whether now known or hereinafter created.

The submitting artist authorizes Licensee to use or cause to be used the aforesaid musical composition contained in the Song in conjunction with a Movie / TV Show / Streaming Show in any manner Licensee deems fit, including, but not limited to, the purpose of advertising and exploiting a Movie / TV Show / Streaming Show and the right to license, sell, and distribute the aforesaid musical composition in conjunction with Movie related events throughout the world and any medium or form, whether now known or hereinafter created.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the musical compositions contained in the Song licensed pursuant to this agreement shall not be distributed or exploited separately or independently of the a / TV Show / Streaming Show by the Licensee, except in compilations that include a Movie / TV Show / Streaming Show, in advertising for the compilation, or in connection with a Movie / TV Show / Streaming Show itself. The synchronization license is granted upon the express condition that the musical composition contained in the Song shall not be used to manufacture, sell, license, or exploit sound records or otherwise be used apart from a Movie / TV Show / Streaming Show by the Licensee.

Submitting artist consents to having the website owner and operator store the submitted demo and hereby grants a perpetual non-exclusive irrevocable free license to them to use the submitted demos for public audition and use in any synchronized format, but especially for use on the streaming, cable, and TV show “Record Label Boss” (RecordLabelBoss.com). Your communication with artists and curators may be monitored at any time by customer support to prevent behaviour that is against the terms & conditions. Artists sending curators material outside of the “Send EPK” functionality or curators accepting material outside of the “Send EPK” functionality constitutes a breach of the Terms & Conditions. Sending obscene, unwanted, inappropriate or other offensive content or messages also constitutes a breach of the Terms & Conditions. The website and its operators are entitled to suspend, close or delete any parties accounts without notice or compensation, especially in the case of parties violating the terms & conditions. Artist / Curator will hold the website and its operators harmless in any case.

Submitting artist consents to having the website owner and operator store the submitted information so the website owner and operator can respond to his inquiry and artist agrees to receive information regarding their products and services periodically per email.
